By growing your small business, you are creating jobs and cycling capital throughout our local economy. Our goal is to help you grow successfully. In order to better prepare our Advisors for your meeting, we ask that you complete the steps below.
Step 1: Gather your financial information
The first step is to gather as much of your financial information as you can (last 3-5 years). This includes business tax returns and the ending balance sheet for each year, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and a copy of your business plan if you have one.
Step 2: Complete the online Request for Advising
After you have gathered your financial information, it’s time to complete an electronic Request for Advising (eRFA) by signing up at eCenter our client web portal. This form will start your relationship with the Virgin Islands SBDC Network where you will find the most up-to-date resources for your business information needs. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by the Virgin Islands SBDC that serves your area to set up an advising session.
