The Virgin Islands SBDC network maintains offices throughout the territory (St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John). Most businesses are within one hour of their local SBDC office, ensuring local, personalized support is always accessible.
Confidential Assistance is Mandated
Your confidentiality is mandated by federal law. The fact that you are working with us and the information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to any parties outside of the Virgin Islands SBDC network without your written permission.
Your information will never be sold, shared with other organizations, or used for the commercial advantage of any of our advisors or staff. In fact, our employees are forbidden to get ANY benefit from their relationship with our clients.
No-Cost Advising Services
Our advising services are delivered to you at NO-COST. They are paid for by the U.S. Federal Government and the University of the Virgin Islands.
• Conflict of Interest Policy: We have strict conflict of interest policies that prohibit our advisors from receiving any benefit from assisting you, thus keeping our focus where it belongs: squarely on your business success.
• Exceptions: Minimal fees may apply for specialized training, outside services (such as proprietary research access), or materials used in workshops
